At BCVN, we have no template for pupils. When teachers genuinely believe in their pupils, it empowers the pupils to go the extra mile, building self-belief and eliminating self-doubt. • Performing Arts & Sports: Engaging in performing arts and sports activities at BCVN helps learners develop self-confidence through self-expression, teamwork, and physical challenges. Furthermore, active participation in these activities and leadership roles in clubs and sport teams allow pupils to recognize their contributions and develop confidence and responsibility.

Beyond this, the House System, one of our Pastoral Care programmes, also provides support to all pupils. Older pupils act as mentors, guiding and inspiring their younger peers.
