United in Harmony: A Whole School Musical Celebration at Our Prep Spring Concert

Our pupils’ voices soared today at our awe-inspiring Prep School Spring Concert! A special element at Brighton College Vietnam is our vibrant whole school singing culture, uniting every pupil in a symphony of music and community spirit.

With the theme “From Screen to Stage,” each and every single pupil had their moment to shine and captive our audience with their confidence and beautiful musical performances, evoking heartfelt emotions that moved many to tears. Our theatre resonated with familiar melodies from hit songs like ‘A Whole New World,’ ‘Pure Imagination,’ ‘When You Grow Up,’ and ‘See You Again.’ Alongside wonderful vocal performances, our talented musicians also showed off their skills on instruments ranging from piano and violin to the traditional guzheng.

Music is a universal language. It is something that we all have in common, regardless of the country you are from or the language you speak. It is wonderful to be in the theatre, seeing over 320 pupils singing, engaging in actions, and absolutely loving it!” shared Mr. Gleeson, Director of Music at Brighton College Vietnam, expressing his pride in establishing a singing culture at Brighton College Vietnam over the past year. The Spring concert was a great opportunity for all of our pupils from Prep School to come together and perform in one of the biggest musical concerts of the year, bringing everyone closer with their shared appreciation for music.
