Brighton College UK was the first independent school to incorporate entrepreneurship into its curriculum, and now, Brighton College Vietnam is proud to continue this tradition! With a focus on turning business ideas into reality, our Entrepreneurship program is a core subject designed to build a solid foundation in business for our pupils since Year 7.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁
🌟 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁-𝗟𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Learn fundamental business theories from specialist teachers and industry experts.
💼 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀: Gain hands-on experience and insights into real-world business scenarios. Students go beyond theory, developing essential skills in market analysis, customer research, innovating business ideas, strategic brand positioning, and crafting effective communication and human resource plans.
💡 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Empowerment to turn your business ideas into actionable plans.
One of the most exciting features of the program is the 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝘀’ 𝗗𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (similar to Shark Tank). Pupils work in teams to develop innovative business ideas and create comprehensive business plans, including market research, goal setting, customer insights, and marketing strategies.
Adding to this, our Year 9 pupils recently took on the 𝟯𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗩𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲. With just 300,000 VND, they were tasked to open food and drink stalls, turning a modest investment into profitable ventures, all of which was donated to charity.
By participating in these practical experiences, pupils not only refine their business acumen but also enhance their 21st-century skills. This experience helps them become curious, globally-minded, independent, resourceful, resilient, and reflective individuals—qualities that Brighton College Vietnam aims to nurture in every pupil.
