Senior Pupils Explore Korean Language & Culture Through KAL CCA

The Korean as an Additional Language CCA is providing Senior pupils with the opportunity to develop their Korean language skills in an engaging and supportive environment. Through interactive activities, pronunciation practice, conversation tasks and collaborative learning, pupils are building confidence in listening, speaking, reading and writing Korean at a beginner level.

Pupils are learning to recognise and memorise Hangeul, read familiar and unfamiliar syllables with increasing confidence and expand their vocabulary on everyday topics such as family, food, animals, places and daily routines. They are also practising introducing themselves, asking and answering simple questions and participating in short conversations using familiar language structures.
