Bringing science and healthy living to life, our Year 3 pupils have recently led two fantastic assemblies that educated and inspired their audience.
Dressed in plant-themed costumes, 3V pupils shared fascinating facts about process of photosynthesis and explored how plants adapt to survive in diverse climates across the globe,
“Our pupils wowed us with a vibrant and informative assembly all about plants and how they grow,” Ms Poppy Barton, Teacher of Year 3 said.
Meanwhile, 3C took on the topic of healthy living with an informative and lively assembly about balanced diets, according to Ms Sarah McKee, Teacher of Year 3.
The pupils explained the different food groups, showed how to build a nutritious meal, and highlighted the importance of staying active for overall well-being. Their clear explanations and relatable examples helped showcase just how important healthy choices are for growing bodies and minds.
Both assemblies showcase the proactiveness, great teamwork, and a big love of learning from our Year 3 pupils.
