Spreading Kindness Through Our Shoebox Charity Project

The Shoebox Charity Project received an overwhelming response from pupils across both Prep and Senior Schools, all united by one shared goal: to spread kindness and support communities in need.

Thanks to the generosity of our parents and pupils, the College collected 268 shoeboxes filled with new books, stationery, clothing, and essential items for children from remote and underserved areas.

All of the shoeboxes were delivered to Tân Dương Primary School in Lào Cai Province, a school that Brighton College Vietnam has been connected with since the previous academic year. With the dedicated support of the Headmaster, the gifts were distributed to pupils across all five campuses of the school.

What made this project especially meaningful was receiving heartfelt handwritten letters from the pupils at Tân Dương Primary School. Their simple yet sincere messages of gratitude brought immense joy to the Brighton College Vietnam community and served as a powerful reminder of the true value of sharing, compassion, and kindness.

At Brighton College Vietnam, we believe that even the smallest act of generosity can create a meaningful impact. Through projects like this, our pupils learn that kindness has the power to connect communities, inspire hope, and create positive change in society.
