Building Future Business Leaders through Real-World Simulation

Recently, we were delighted to welcome Genius Star to school to deliver the exciting Asia Business Simulation (ABS) programme with our Year 6 pupils as part of their transition to Senior School, as well as with our Year 8 and 9 pupils.

Throughout the workshop, pupils worked in teams during fast-paced auction and trading rounds, experiencing the thrill and challenge of building and developing their own companies in a highly competitive environment. Using ABS’s exclusive auction system, teams were required to think strategically, negotiate, manage resources, and make quick decisions under pressure.

From lively bidding wars to energetic team discussions, the sessions were filled with enthusiasm, collaboration, and creativity. Pupils demonstrated impressive communication, teamwork, leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills while applying a range of business concepts in a hands-on and engaging way.

“This is the first time I get the chance to experience this kind of workshop and it was very exciting. Next year, coming to Year 7, we will have a chance to study Entrepreneurship, so this is a good introduction to the subject for me,” shared Giang, our Year 6 pupil.
