Bright Minds CCA: When Kindness Become Action

Recently, our Bright Minds CCA pupils proudly hosted a charity badge sale after spending the year exploring the causes and issues that matter most to them.

From designing and hand-pressing each badge to pricing, promoting and selling their creations, the pupils took ownership of every step of the project. The sale was met with fantastic support from our school community, making it a truly meaningful experience for everyone involved.

We are delighted that all proceeds will support The Owl Centre Charity, helping fund projects in both Ho Chi Minh City and the UK that provide support for neurodivergent individuals and those with mental health needs.

More than a fundraising event, this project allowed pupils to develop creativity, teamwork and social responsibility, while putting the Brighton values of kindness and community into action.

A huge well done to all of our Brightonians for making a positive difference through their passion and initiative.
