Mental Health Awareness Week at Brighton College Vietnam
Last week at Brighton College Vietnam, our College community came together to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with a wide range of meaningful and uplifting activities focused on well-being, balance, and connection.
From calming meditation and yoga sessions to our charity smoothie sale and a vibrant finish to the week dressed proudly in House shirts, pupils and staff embraced every opportunity to reflect, recharge, and support one another.
In today’s fast-paced world, it is more important than ever that young people understand that good health is not only physical but mental and emotional too. Learning how to pause, reflect, build positive relationships, and manage challenges with resilience is an essential life skills that help children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
At Brighton College Vietnam, we are proud to nurture pupils to become the very best versions of themselves academically, socially, emotionally, and morally.
