Our People

WELCOME FROM HEAD OF COLLEGE

When I joined Brighton College Vietnam, I was drawn to a vision that placed kindness, collaboration and innovation at the heart of education.

We set out to build not only a world-class school for pupils, but also a deeply supportive environment for teachers — one where careers flourish, practice is refined, and colleagues work together with purpose and pride.

Brighton College is a special place. It is a place where exceptional teachers are valued for their creativity and compassion, and where pupils thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking culture. Together, we are shaping a learning community rooted in kindness, where young people are inspired to be curious, confident, and kind – and where staff are genuinely empowered to grow.

We welcome outstanding educators who share our commitment to excellence and our belief in the transformative power of education. If you are passionate about teaching and ready to contribute to something exceptional, we would love to hear from you.
