[Higher Education] Dean from world’s top 5 hospitality university inspires Brighton pupils

Cesar Ritz Visit2
As part of the higher education programme, Brighton College Vietnam has invited Dr Jorge Arnanz, Dean of Cesar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, ranked by QS (2025) as 5th among the world’s institutions for hospitality management, to share about different aspects of leadership.

During his session with our Year 10 pupils, Dr Arnanz shared about leadership, comparing leaders versus managers and highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence.

Dr Jorge Arnanz has been teaching Hospitality, Tourism, and Management at undergraduate and graduate levels, and has led many workshops on innovation skills, leadership and tourism.

At Brighton College Vietnam, the higher education programme is a thoughtfully designed, long-term process that begins as early as Key Stage 3. Through ongoing counselling, regular information sessions, and direct exposure to higher education institutions worldwide, pupils are supported every step of the way. These experiences help pupils identify their academic interests and understand the pathways and course choices needed for future success, even before formal university decisions are made.
