Brighton parents had the chance to explore the impressive artistic achievements of our young pupils at the colourful Prep School Art Exhibition held 5th June 2025. A wide array of artworks were showcased, reflecting our pupils’ creativity, artistic skills, and imagination nurtured throughout the academic year.
Visitors were impressed by sculptures, inspired by the themes of rivers and the sea, watercolour collaborative pieces depicting vibrant rainforest scenes. The exhibition also features landscape drawings that showcased pupils’ use of various shading and drawing techniques, demonstrating both technical growth and artistic confidence.
Visitors can also view sketchbooks filled with illustrations inspired by the style of famed illustrator Quentin Blake. Additionally, the exhibition includes observational drawings and mathematically inspired designs, where pupils combined precision with artistic flair to create intricate geometric patterns.
The Art Exhibition is a celebration of the talents across the Prep School, reinforcing Brighton’s commitment to nurturing creativity in every child.
